Description of Resource:  This link will take you to the table of contents of a manual developed by The MDHHS, Child and Adolescent Health Center Program, “Youth Engagement through Youth Advisory Councils Manual”.  Each section of the table of contents contains multiple links for the corresponding information and resources.  This manual provides information including, but not limited to, starting a YAC, facilitating YAC meetings, skill building for youth, evaluations, advocacy, and additional resources to help you create a successful YAC.
